Stop-Start-Keep — A template for remembering your goals
Here is a template that is great for jotting down your learnings after attending a talk, workshop, training class or why not even after any book you read. At the end of an inspirational moment our heads are full of ideas of about how we can change what we do. A few days later… not so much. That’s why writing it down there and then is so important.
Take the time to write down for yourself what you will:
- Stop doing: all the bad habits you now realize hold you back.
- Start doing: all the great things that will help you feel or do better.
- Keep doing: the stuff you are actually doing right and should be feeling good about!
