The products available on this site are digital downloads, including:

  • E-books — delivered as downloadable PDF and ePub files
  • Posters — delivered as downloadable high-resolution image files
  • Graphics — delivered as downloadable high-resolution image files
  • Video courses — delivered as downloadable video files or streamed via a hosted platform

All products are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in the product description. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with others.

2. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment, via a download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within one hour of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact support@axbom.com.

For video courses specifically: you receive lifetime access to download the course files. If the hosting platform becomes unavailable, the course content will be made available for download directly. This is a commitment to your access regardless of what happens to any third-party platform.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined by your country of residence and added at checkout by Creem. VAT is collected and remitted by Creem as the Merchant of Record.

4. Refunds

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@axbom.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed through Creem.

Exceptions:

  • Subscription products are not eligible for refunds once a billing period has begun.
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal under EU law: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), implemented in Sweden through the Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. For digital content delivered electronically, this right may be waived if the consumer consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost upon the content becoming accessible. The 30-day goodwill refund policy described above is more generous than this statutory right, and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All content in products sold on this site — including text, illustrations, video, and design — is the intellectual property of Per Axbom / Axbom Innovation AB and is protected by copyright. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own purposes, commercial or otherwise.

6. Disclaimer

Products are provided as information and educational material. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. While I make every effort to ensure accuracy, I cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Use of the content is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axbom Innovation AB's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se. Swedish courts have jurisdiction for any disputes not resolved through these means.

9. Changes to these terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Purchases made before any change are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
